Install Windows XP with no drives

I am using a Dell Latitude L400 that has no CD or Floppy drive. I wish to get Windows ME off here, first re-partition the drive, and then install Windows XP. How can I do this (I have a LAN and Parallel direct connect Cable) My other computer has a floppy and CD drive.

You will need a crossover cable. Then go to this site to learn how to create a network bootdisk. http://www.i386.com/default.asp?c=6&k=12 More info can be found on Bootdisk.com. Good Luck.
