i am trying to install a pc router it is inexo BR400.i am using high speed bell internet server. it says i must have Tcp/IP install . how do i do that .

Right Click Network Neighborhood, select Properties. Select the Add button and then select Protocol. TCP/IP should be available there.

When i go there and call it up and click on add then what it doese not show up as connected.
