Comment: I accidently deleted some file. When I did delete it the recycle bin said "cannot delete info2 access denied" Now I have no access to "my computer" my hard drive or any other exe. program. when I start up I get the blue screen of death. I can still use explorer and outlook express. PLEAS PLEASE HELP!! Thanks

Reply: (edit)I think the only thing to do is to reinstall your Operating System. Over the top of your existing OS if you can. Otherwise (from DOS) delete your Windows folder. Terry@nz
