inetinfo.exe Page Fault

I have installed and uninstalled Personal Web Server several times on Win98 and I continue to get the same error. When I stop the service or try to load a page that doesn't exist (and sometimes when I do nothing) inetinfo.exe causes a page fault in kernel32.dll. Does anyone know how to fix this or what is causing it? Thanks
