I know, I know, Incredimail is bad news, but I've been using it for years, all my email is stored there in folders, non-transferable, and yesterday it refused to open. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it several times, saving my email folder in a separate place on the hard drive, but now, even reinstalled completely, I click to open it and nothing happens. Would anyone be able to help me get it open? I did find a program which converts Incredimail email files to .eml, so they can be transferred to Outlook, then exported to another program, like Thunderbird, but they lose their subject headers, only have identifying numbers.
I want my Incredimail back so I can organize my email before I switch to Thunderbird completely. Help? Anyone?

If you are clicking on a shortcut to Incredimail, the shortcut 'might' be corrupted. Go to the Incredimail folder (probably in c:\program files) and click on the program there.

Thanks, but it was the entire program which would not run - I had been clicking on it from the program. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but ended up just leaving it uninstalled because I never could get it to work. I found a program which converts Incredimail files to .eml files, then copied everything to Outlook Express and exported to Mozilla Thunderbird.
Bye bye Incredimail.
