Problem One: I can't use my incredimail because I am missing Incrediutils.dll or MFC42.DLL:6883 How do I get it? Problem Two: I can't use my mic with MSN Messenger, I can hear but can't talk back. I have tested my mic and it is working. I have Opti plug and play sound system. Problem Three: I can't find a download for Outlook Express.

Hope this helps,until someone comes up with a better idea. 1.why not just delete incredimail and reinstall.its what i would try,but im certain someone has a better idea... 2.I had this trouble myself,it seems that MSN doesnt like anything ti believes to be a half duplex sound card,so it may be possible to update your soundcard driver and it will work for you....that was the advice given when i asked the very same question,so have it with my best wishes 3.perhaps somewhere like downloads.com might have it...otherwise,maybe try to microsoft homepage.....just a guess there. for outlook express you can try windows update you will have to download internet explorer to get it it wont hurt to update it anyway for msn messenger try updating probably from windows update than after updating from tools menu try the audio tuning wizard may i say incredimail rules if i wuz you i would not worry about outlook express and just use incredimail but anyway just try reinstalling incredimail if you dont have the file than try looking for it at www.hotfiles.com
