Wow, that's an unusual one.
Can you think of anything you did recently and have you noticed any other color problem?
Some weird things can happen at times. For example, one particular version of Logitech cordless mouse drivers I used always changed the colors on a kids game I ran. White blocks with black letters became black blocks, so they were unreadable.

Not a clue as to why the problem started, but to fix it, you might try uninstalling & reinstalling it.
Go to Start>Settings>Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs>Windows_Setup>Accessories>Games. Uncheck the box, then OK your way out. (You might want to reboot at this point, just to be sure.)
Then go back to the same location & re-check the box.
