importing outlook to outlook expres

Hi, Im just wanting to import the "sent items" folder in Outlook to outlook express. Can anyone tell me of an easy way to do this? cheers

ok, this is a very easy step to do, all you have to do is opne outlook express: open the file menu and go down to import and click on it the messages button, a box will pop up and in that box there will be all of your email clients that have messages that you can get messages from. Scroll down that list until you find microsoft Outlook and click next, then click on the folder/folders you want to copy the emails from and then click next. It will then say congradulations you have imported the messages succesfully and if you look in your outlook express folders you should find your messages there.
