I recently upgraded from Windows 98 to Win 2000, but downgrated back to windows 98, because of some mouse-freezing-problems.
But now, in win98 when I try to open a particular website, some of the images won't display.
It's not a site fail, because it displays it's images on an other computer. (I'm sharing an internet connection on a router)
Does anybody know if it has something to do with my software or maybe hardware?
Any suggestion appreciated!

If you are using Internet Explorer to browse the WWW in this PC and the PC you had no problem seeing the image, duplicate its Multimedia Settings in the faulty Computer's browser.:
1. Ascertain which version of Internet Explorer you have in both PCs by clicking on the opened browser Help> About Internet Explorer.
2. Next check the Multimedia Settings in the 'good computer' by :
a.Click Tools>Internet Options> Advanced tab
b. Under Settings: scroll down to the Multimedia section and pay particular attention to Show Pictures or something similar
3.Make the faulty Computer's Multimeida settings similar to the above.
Hope the above helps, if not post the details of your Browser. and whether or not you have done all required Windows Updates.

Lizette, Check out the possible fixes under the "Resolution" section at the link below.
Pictures Are Not Displayed on Web Sites in Internet Explorer

MaadhuriMN and Tufenuf,
Thank you both for your quick reply.
I'm using Internet Explorer 6.0 on both OS's with all fixes.
Unfortunately your possible solution did not work intirely.
I can view the images after clicking the "refresh" button a couple of times.
After setting the coding in the "view options" to West-European (Windows) it jumps back to West-European (ISO)
Anybody knows if that might be the bug in the above problem?Thank you in advanced,
Lizette
