hi everbody,recently my computer don't want
happen.when i type or search internet half way pop up msg"A fatal exception 00 has occurred at 169f:014775b6".
the current application will be terminated.
press any key to continue
when I type any key another msg"A fatal exception 0e has occurred at 0028:c000bdb9 in vxd vmm(01)+0000adb9.
press any key to continue
after i press ,my program exit or close.
I'm using win98 se ,64mb ram piii 600.
why ?why this error msg come up?
any way to solve this problem,help....

you most likely either have a conflict from a piece of software running in the background that is overwriting memory somewhere, or are actually missing a file needed for IE. If you haven't run scandisk in a while, now would be a good time. You might try typing msconfig in the Start>Run... dialog box, and then de-select anything not necessary under the start up tab and see if that helps. If none of this helps, I would re-insatll IE

Just reinstall IE and see what happens or go to start-run and type sfc,it will check to see if there are any corrupted files.

If you are using Netscape 4.61 and have JavaScript and Java enabled that happens a lot. Either disable the Java or switch to the newest version of Netscape.
