IEXPLORE caused general protection

Hi
Everytime am on the net , about every 10 min i get this ,

IEXPLORE caused a general protection fault
in module USER.exe at 0003:00001022.

Dean,

I get this message from time to time and the only way as you say to get rid of it is to shut down and start again. It is VERY frustrating to me as well. If you find a solution PLEASE let me know.
