I use AOL boardband so I have to be logged on AOL to use the IE. If I leave the computer idled for awhile and still logged on to AOL, I will get" the page cannot be displayed" message when I try to use IE. I never had this problem before. It just happened one day and never went back to the way it was.. When I log off AOL and log back on, IE will work again. I can't find a solution. I contacted AOL and tried everything they suggested too.

I'm not an expert like so many here but had a recent problem and finally realized that my new torrent client was "choking" my connection. It wouldn't be if SBC DSL was giving me what they advertise I'm paying for, but....

Anyway, just thought I might suggest you think over any new software that may be affecting things. And as a recent mozilla firefox convert I must tell you I will never again touch IE with a 10 yard pole.

I just installed Mozilla firefox and the same thing is still happenning so it's not IE6. It's AOL that's causing this problem. Anyone has a suggestion?
