Since recently when I open a link in a new window it only opens the browser small. The main browser from the desktop or start menu works fine. I think this started when I reduced a window that I had opened. How do I fix this?

To fix this in the small window, take your mouse and resize the window to normal size (full size) by dragging the top, bottom, and sides. Then close the original window. Then close the resized window by going to File,Close. Windows should remember the next time it is opened.

If the above doesn't work, try it again but hold down the ctrl key when you exit the window.
