I had the sp.reg problem and am thinking that it might have something to do with this. At first, I was not able to open Duke webpages, but now, my ability to reach other sites that I visit often (like search engines) is getting limited. Somebody please help me! :(

dukie,
There is a file, Urlmon.dll, that exists in some Registry keys, that when its default value setting points to an invalid location, the resulting action may be the problem you are experiencing.
Try the following and see if it solves the problem:
-Quit all programs that are running.
-Click Start > Run.
-In Run, type: regsvr32 urlmon.dll and click OK.When you receive the "DllRegisterServer in urlmon.dll succeeded." message, click OK.
If this does not take care of the problem, you may need to reinstall Internet Explorer.
