IE5 security error: macxw4.drv error

After the installation of Internet Explorer 5 I got an error message after clicking the Tab security.
There is a problem with macxw4.drv. I do not have that file and it did not came with Internet Explorer 5.

macxw4.drv is your ATI Video driver. The problem may becaused by the Directx layer in IE5 or (if you downloaded it) the Directx 6.1 upgrade from the Windows update site. Try this: from the Run prompt execute this switch ATIUINST -CLEAN reboot and reinstall the ATI video driver. This may work or it may not, depending on whether or not the Directx components were corrupted during download. If they were, your situation is indeed grim, and you may have to reinstall your OS. Directx assumes it is part of the OS and leaves you no practical way to remove it and start over.
