I recommend you get for IE 5.5 SP2. This was the last version that supported Windows 95.
got any old ISP (AOL, Earthlink, etc) CDs laying around? You can usually pop in the CD, stop the software install, then use Windows explorer to find the IE folder...there's usually several different versions available Hellz Yea!
Yeah, I looked in a couple of ISP disks but I haven't got any pre v6 - tend not to bother keeping them.
