Hi,
I am having this problem and I cannot figure out why it's happenning. Every time I click any link that leads to a txt file, my browser (ie5) downloads it and opens it on notepad. But I want it to open on my browser. I know it can do that but can any one tell me how?

Thanks.

not really sure ? but you can try TOOLS>INTERNET OPTIONS>ADVANCED and try "RESTORE DEFAULTS" if that doesnt help? try CTRLPANEL>add/remove>IE5 and internet tools and try the REPAIR app!

IE doesn`t open text files, just html and some graphic files, gif, jpg,,
To open it as a web pge, open it up and save it with the html extension instead of the txt extension. It will not be formatted (spaces, punctuation, paragraphs,,etc.)
