YOU BE BETTER OFF TO STAY WITH 5.0 OR 5.5 WITH IEs BECAUSE IE 6 IS VERY UNSTABLE,I MYSELF DO NOT USE ANY IES,I USE OPERA OR MOZILLA AND NETSCAPE IN WHICH I THINK IS BETTER.

We upgraded from IE5 to 5.5 with no noticeable differences - the upgrade is very easy & I seem to recall there were some security issues that prompted the change.

Some of the things new to IE 6.0 are that you can block individual cookies, delete all cookies from within the browser, there is the image toolbar (anything that's greater then 300x200 pixels will have an icon show up ***which can be turned off**** that will allow you to print or save the image just by clicking, windows media player is integrated into the browser, and there is an auto re-size function for pictures if you drag and change the size of your browser.
That all said, I have been using it for over a year and have to re-install it several times a year. You would do your self a favor by waiting for the first service pack.

I have been using IE5.5sp2 and find minor differences. On some websites the scroll bars are colored rather than just grey. Other than that I see no difference between it and IE5.1sp2.
I upgraded because I installed MS Money 2002 and it required it. So, there must be some differences between the two.
