Hi,
i had my computer fixed after a power surge pretty much destroyed it, and after hours of work have got windows to run, but have problems with certain things (can't copy and paste files) There are no device errors in the device manager thing, but a big problem is when i try to install IE5, it seems to work fine, but when I run it get this message

IEXPLORE caused an invalid page fault in
module at 0000:00000355.

This means nothing to me, but I was hoping one of you geniuses out there in internet world might be able to help. I would be eternally grateful :)

Thanks.

Dan, was there nothing else after the module? Usually, there's a word, like Kernel32.dll.

Did it have module unknown?

Nope, nothing else at all. It just crashes without even giving me a name to go with... Not even module unknown...
