IE or Netscape?

CPU/Ram: 128 MBRAM

IE is giving me rundll32 problems and outlook problems. Netscape was too slow... wich one is the best? Or any other Browse someone can suggest for my emails to work and for my browse not having popup errors?

You will open a can of worms with that question. Most who have used a browser for any length of time will be faithful to it regardless of whether it is goog or bad. Both Netscape and IE have their shortcomings and Opera has a few bugs too. I use IE6 only because of Microsofts way of keeping the integration to other software of theirs working between them.
