I ususally leave my computer running but lately when it has been on for a while I cannot disconnect from the internet and I have to use CTRL-ALT-DELETE and end task for Rnaapp. After doing this I cannot reconnect without re-starting. I also have a device called Hotcall and if I would get a phone call I can answer the phone - the internet diconnects - talk - hangup but the computer still says that I am connected - the computers are still in the lower right hand corner - the shortcut to connect to the internet says I am still connected - I cannot access any web page - and again I have to restart to get back on the internet. I have gone through the archived files on this forum but cannot find anything that fixes this problem - in internet options - advanced dial up I do not have either box checked - I really don't know what to do next. Any help would be appreciated.
