IE 6 won't display certain pages

My IE 6 gives me "page cannot be diplayed" error only when I try to get on Ebay. I have tried the repair tool, ran CWShredder and deleted my password file w/o help. This problem occurs on 2 computers running 98 SE, but doesn't seem to happen on one that is running XP (I have DSL, thru a router w/ 5 computers on the network). Any help is appreciated.

Check your version of oleaut32.dll located in windows\system. It should be 2.40.4275. If it is a higher version like 3.50 then extract the original from your install disk.
