PART 1:
Using Win98:
Internet Explorer 5
problem : I want to get rid of IE 5. I believe it's messing up my system. Uninstall doesn't work.
Only options are 1) repare 2) upgrade

PART 2: where can I locate a copy of WMSFR32.DLL , My current one is crashing Outlook 98. any one knoW of the "CAB" file for this one or is there an extract program i can use to get at it

To get rid of IE5.0, rename the file iemigrat.dll in DOS and reinstall Win98 over your current installation. The iemigrat.dll file is a file that prevents an older version of IE (eg. IE4.01 as part of Win98)from being installed.
