HI: When I click IE 5.0
I get the following message
Iexplore not responding
and my whole Computer will Freeze
just Wondering if
Reverting To IE 4.0 will fix my problem
btw:what will Happen to my outlook express if I revert back To IE 4.0

You can't install a back level version on top of a newer level. You would have to 'somehow' uninstall version 5 before installing version 4. Doing that would make you lose all your OE email.

'will my oe version change if I change ie

answer is no, unless you want it to.
I've run various versions
of oe alongide various versions of ie.

In ie5 install there's a 'install minimal or customise your browser' option, just after you accept the license agreement.
As far as I remember, there's a similar option with ie4's install. In this mode of
install you can omit to replace oe by un-ticking a box.

You can remove your ie5 but going to
the 'add/remove programs' control panel.

imo, I don't think you need to replace ie5,
just reinstall it.
