Is there an easy way to identify what type of ram you have. I know you can go to control panel and then system to see how much ram you have but I want to know if it's PC66, 100 or 133. Even when I open the case and look at if half the time it's not labeled!

Thanks

You can either go to a site like www.crucial.com and search for your ram there or download a free pc inventory software. This software gives you a lot of details in your pc:

Belarc Advisor (inventory software)
http://www.belarc.com

Hope that helps.

Kevin.

I have just downloaded, installed and run the latest Belarc Advisor and it informs the quantity of installed ram and to what slot, BUT nowhere does it inform me of what TYPE or what RATING the installed ram is.
