on the main windows screen when i try to move a folder or arrange the program icons
the computer automatically puts them back - it wont let me move them. does any one know how i can fix this problem . thanks

Right click on a blank area of the desktop. Select Arrange Icons, uncheck Auto Arrange. Now you should be able to place the icons in any order you want.

Here you can get a useful program, which I use, if you change screen resolution the icon get mixed up again. This will save and restore you icon layout.
