Comment:

The icons and everything is now way too big. I cannot even restore the sizes with the desktop properties window because that one being too big, I cannot access the "OK" button on the bottom. I cannot make it smaller and drag it in order to reach it. Does anyone know what to do?
Thank-you.

If the window has focus press:

Alt Space M

then use the arrow keys to move the window.

Dek88, "I cannot even restore the sizes with the desktop properties window because that one being too big, I cannot access the "OK" button on the bottom."

Change the Resolution then press your "Enter" key on your keyboard which will accomplish the same thing as the "OK" button.
