Anybody out there know how to enter bios setup on an IBM thinkpad model 760XL? I bought it used from a dealer with no documentation. I can't seem to get past the IBM screen that comes on right at startup. Specs: P166, 48MB ram, Win98SE, 2.1GBHD. What key do I push and when do I push it to get in? Thanks.
IBM Thinkpads: Thinkpads using IBM BIOS (Early Models): Press CTRL-ALT-INS when cursor is in upper-right corner of screen.
Thinkpads using IBM BIOS (Later Models): Press and hold F1 key while powering-up laptop. Thinkpads using Phoenix BIOS: Press CTRL-ALT-F11 from DOS prompt.

The F1 key is what you want for the 760 series...but it seems to be pretty critical as to WHEN you press the key...as soon as you power up, start hitting F1...at about 4 second intervals until you get into CMOS...
