You have to search the net for the program WinHacker it is a program with you can change a lot of windows options.
I like cool stuff

Go to http://www.magellass.com
Download WinBoost 2000

When you change the START-logo, it only has to be done once.
The Explorer.exe will be patched.
That's it.
