I must carry an application from VISUAL BASIC 4 (16 bits) to VB 6 (32 bits). This application used in particular " TWAIN.DLL " (to scann paper documents) , which I replaced by " TWAIN_32.DLL ".
The call to TWAIN is done from a DLL, written in C, in the following way:. . .

I have an acer 320u and every program that acesses twain_32.dll closes with almost the same details. this encludes the programs that came with the acer and programs that I already own.

yea, there seems to be a common problem w/ the twain_32.dll file... I reformatted and now my scanner won't work. My scanner's a easyphoto pro by storm tech.
Errors with :
twain_32.dll
and
sspro32.dllnebody know the fix? I would REALLY appreciate it... I reinstalled the scanner program like 30 times. It's driving me up the wall. I hate this stupid feed scanner.

when i try to use my scanner it says " TWAIN error [TOO9] Error in getting the first TWAIN data source manager (TWAIN_32.DLL) Please copy the TWAIN_32.DLL file from your source disk to your windows folder [TO39]".....i tried to copy the file to windows but it won't let me....HELP!!!!

i have just install all scanner driver for acer prisa 310p and it doest work.in my properties that shown scanner by using scanner flablet colour_3 but not 2.WHY?

I installed the GENIUS SCANNER COLORPAGE VIVID PRO II and after that, I lost the diskette for a new instalation. Now, I want to install this software in another PC. I copied It directly (without the original diskette) but now the scanner ask for the TWAIN32_DLL. If you have this DLL or you can send me the instalation software of this model of scanner, let me know please. Regards!

i have the same problem everyone else has; the scanner used to work but an error that occured before screwed everything up and it says that it cant find the twain_32.dll file even though i see it in the windows folder. please help

I am having trouble in finding the driver for Acer Prisa 320P Mira Scan V3.02 that TWAIN_32DLL is there a download ...are would re programing the computer..I sure would appreciate some help here, thanks.

I've installed Windows ME recently and couriosly after I had reinstalled with succes the scanner ScanMagic 600CU, the Direct Scan doesn't work beside the TWAIN32_DLL is aparently OK.I don't understand. Sometimes a message appear asking about Twain 32....???

I'm having the same problem and it's windows ME and acer doesn't feel they should do anything about it and quite frankly it's pissing the f--- out of me cause i would like to use my god damn scanner but at least now i know not to buy anything acer casue they suck but it would be nice if i could install my scanner and use it cause i just bought it...but whatever continous emails to them shows they do not give a s---

I have the Acer 360P and have the same issue. The scanner seems to work, but the twain_32 drivers seem to be out of wack. There must be a simple solution to this ...

To all of you. I was having the same problem but found this site. Download this zip file and put all of the twain and twunk files into your windows folder. worked for me. Finally.
