It's divided by product and model and there you can find almost any driver for Compaq machines.

Reply: (edit)I have a Presario 1275 with modem problems. Compaq.com doesn't have a softpaq for my model for the modem. It will only connect at 28000. need a driver from somewhere else. HELP!!!

Reply: (edit)If anybody is looking for the driver of an Compaq Presario 1625 Notebook, you can get the driver of an Compaq Armada 56K driver and it will work without problem, you can find this driver at Compaq support site.

Driver is softpags No. sp9854, and you can find it at Compaq support site it's the right driver for the up mantioned notebook with a biltin Modem Compaq Presario 56K-DF
Hope to find it if not you can e-mail me at my e-mail address zaweel@yahoo.com hope that is helpfull for anybody looking for it becouse it was very hard to find. Regards
