i am a newbie and i dont know what to do my computer is really messed upi checked for viruses and i got this virus called win95.spaces.1445 and i cant delete it i also cant go into any files i downloaded a virus removal program but i cant get into it maby i need to reinstall everything????????? plz tell me what to do thanks Alex

The Spaces virus uses the same method as CIH to infect VxD files on computers that have Windows 95 and 98 loaded. It contains a date-triggered, destructive payload. There are currently several known variants, including Spaces.1633 and Spaces.1445. When an infected file is run, the virus checks to see if it has already been loaded into memory. If not, the virus will load itself into a reserved portion of memory. During installation, Spaces will make itself an ‘installable file system’ hook so that it is able to detect when files are opened or run.
