hi! i currently have 2 ATA100 hard disks,

i also have a 9GB SCSI H/D which is ultra160 with a 4mb buffer and 50MB media transfer rates. (but its not installed its in a box)

i know nothing about SCSI hard drives. What system specs if any do u need? do u need to buy a controller etc? what is different appart from its faster and costs far more.

how can i install it? i really need some SCSI info from sum1 that knows about them.

all i know so far is that:

u can use far longer cable, fit more drives per cable. + they r much faster a rip off, and more reliable.

i dont know any of the stuff i need 2 know basically. thanx a load guys

You will need to buy a scsi controller card. I don't think it's worth it for a 9GB drive.
