I have WINNT 4.0 SP1 Server. And my soundcard is called a Media Vision Pro sonic Jazz16 Sound Card. It worked it Win95 but win95 screwed up. I badly need these drivers.

Is very likely that any sound card with the numbers 9xx in its model designation uses a chipset made by OPTI (82C9xx). Their site has drives for almost all of them browse http://www.opti.com/html/drivers.html
