That'a an OEM from NEC. As you probably found out they have no support for OEM stuff. If you know the manufacturer of the original computer it was installed in (if it's not yours) they should carry those drivers. If by chance it was compaq, I have those drivers.
I think NEC has a fax back serivce, the number should be on their site. Sometimes company supplying OEM products will have some info there.
