G'day Depress, this is from my mobo manual with Award BIOS:
"Note: If you forget your password, the only way to solve this problem it to discharge the CMOS memory by turning power off and placing a shunt on the JP3 to short pin 1 and pin 2 for 5 seconds, then removing the shunt."
This is verbatim from the manual, I hope it helps.
JP3 is a jumper and a shunt is a little black block thingy to bridge it, you may have to remove one from somewhere on your board for this if there is no spare one around, and put it back where you found it when finished. Not sure if you have to reset some settings or not either.

The clear cmos jumper could be numbered differently than in Ronnie's manual. There may also be a clear password jumper. After I jump it I turn on the power for a few seconds although that may not be necessary. You'll probably have to reconfigure your cmos afterwards.

If all fails (and it's possible to do so) lift out the CMOS battery for a short time and then replace it. It usually works.
