I can't see my CD-RW drive

In Win Explorer I can see my hd and my DVD drive, but my CD-RW drive is missing. I try opening it manually but the the tray will not open. I also have the red error light in front of the cabinet consantly on.

Any ideas? Thanks!

broken cd drive???? check the device manager and see if anything is there next to the drive if not then the drive is busted

maybe the problem with a driver for your device
