Hi Edo:
I have installed Win98 on that board dozens of times. It isn't that the board won't do it. I used to work in a little shop that used those boards and I'd say that the either the board is cooked, or the problem lies elsewhere. Those PC Chips boards are pretty low end, lots of problems. The defect rate is about 1 in 10.
