I recently installed this "win-spy" program. Since then...I can't find my "FOLDER OPTIONS" folder in the control panel. And I can't uninstall that stupid program. ...but most importantly...I need my "FOLDER OPTIONS" to be back in the Control Panel...please help.

Try the XP section you will get better help there this is the 9X section.
