Adjust the settings in your firewall to allow access. What is the firewall, name brand, are you getting any error messages.

BTW:there is only three options on the setting
and If i use the lowest one I will not be secure
and they Recommend the Highest one for security.

Dump it and get ZoneAlarm. It works well.

Your problem is that you disabled your Ip Address from ever going out to the internet with your Firewall. I had the same problem with Zone Alarm. Zone Alarm is not a good firewall if you want a true firewall get a router. Stops 99.9% of all intruders.
