Comment: i am getting error 630 saying that my modem is not plugged in when i am trying to connect - i know the phone jack works but it will not dial a connection - i checked the device manager and it says my modem is working poperly - what else could be the cause of this error - i did recently had a power outage but i done know - please help me -
