I accidently deleted something

This is gonna be a long shot but is there any possible way I can somehow get something back what I deleted from the wastepaper bin?

Anyway at all! Desperate!! :-(

The more you use the system, the less likely you'll get it back intact. (The "space" it occupied on the drive may be overwritten now that it's been marked as free space.)

There are file recovery programs on the net. (Many free.) Use a search engine (Google, etc) and type in "freeware file recovery" or similar.

Ok I managed to get some of the deleted files back using PC Inspector File Recovery.

I was pretty amazed how easy it is to look at all the old deleted files. I was wondering is there anyway I can get rid of this data once and for all so it's not so easy to get to?
