Can anybody please assist me? I have connected a HP5652 to a system running Win98 and the error HPOSM.exe appears at startup two out of three times. I have since connected the printer to my computer running Win XP and I have not had the error once. The system requirements say it will run with WIN98 but does anybody know if there is possibly and issue with the Drivers that I should be looking at. If anyone at all can help, please post message or email me.

Hopefully better late than never. From what it looks like here, try removing the HP support program.
