HP3200c scan jet scanner no set-up cd

I bought it brand new. There was no set up disk or cd. I contact hp branch but they dont want to help. The scanner is of no use at the moment. Please can you help me find the set up.

I recently bought a HP3200c scanner. The setup disc came with it and included a copy of Adobe Photo Shop. HP were good to me and even sent some patches on a floppy by mail without me asking. I'd give them another try.
