I cannot install the Hp Scanjet Precision Scan software under windows 98. It says that it is incompatible with win 98 and win NT and needs win 95. I would like to know where I can obtain the latest software files from - this is not a driver problem but a problem with the entire Precision Scan software. I need the latest version for Win 98. Thanks.

Matthew,
I had exactly the same problem. After chasing all over the internet looking for new drivers, I was informed that the only way to fix this is to contact Hewlett Packard for support. This I did and had to buy a new CDrom from them with the latest win98 software. It cost me £6! Expensive, eh?
Hope this helps.
Stewart
