I am using Lotus 97 for windows to print on a HP laserjet 6P network printer ( win 95 peer to peer. This is what I get printed out;

PCL XL error
Subsystem: PATMGR
Error: RasterPatternUndefined
Operator: SetBrushSource
Position: 87

What causes this? Is there a fix out there?

Try a different driver. I suspect Lotus is the problem...it's not playing well with the 6p driver. You can use the Laserjet III driver on the 6p...try that out. Also try new drivers for your printer. Don't use any of the PCL6 drivers (6 is PCL version...not related to your printer's model number)...I've found them to be pretty buggy right now.
