My HP Printer Drive doesn't work. I got it off the HP site. Is there any others.

USB drivers are very touchy. You may have to uninstall/reinstall a few times to get it working. Read all instructions you can find in your mannual or at their site. The exact sequence must be followed. Try uninstalling first from Safe Mode. In regular mode, some drivers may be left.

Plug in the printer power cable but do NOT plug in the USB cable. Run the install program and plug in USB only when asked to do so.
