1 why ? 2 you cant uninstall it unless you upgraded from a previous Os and didnt not install win95 in the same directory 3

Did you save a copy of your prior O/S when you installed Win 95? Win 95 installation gives you the opportunity to save it for restoration later. If not, you can't go backwards. The only other option is to format the hard drive and re-install a prior or other version.

just boot up to or exit windows to dos...make sure u have a windows boot disk so u can boot up u're puter without windows and then just delete the windows directory, program files directory and anything else...may as well delete any windows files that u installed cuz they wont run if they use the registry
