How to uninstall 95 windows

I have an old computer and I want to clean everthing off and start over, need help, by the way it want start windows now and want accept a boot disk, system.ini problem.
If you have frind close by. Ask him to fix a start up disk for you in Windows 95 and also have an DOS start up disk close by. Becouse use that one to remove the old FAT you have on the hard disk. Then use the upstart disk for the Windows 95 to start your installation.

delete system.ini file to eliminate the problem then windows will start at least in safe mode

HOW DO I UNINSTALL WIN 95 FROM MY COMPUTER? I CANT FIND THE UNINSTALL WINDOWS FILES IN THE ADD REMOVE PROGRAMS? PLEASE GIVE ME AS MUCH INFORMATION YOU CAN ON HOW TO REMOVE WIN 95 AND THEN REINSTALL IT. THANKS JOHN
