Hello,
How do I save IE's fav places on a disket?
I want to re-format my HD but I don't want to loose my favorite places, so I want to save them on a disk and then to open them up with a new instlation of IE.

Thanks,
Boris

Hey Boris,
It's pretty simple. Open IE, go to file, then import/export and follow the instructions. There you have it!

Or you could go to Windows Explorer:
C:\windows\favorites.
Right click the folder and choose: send to floppy.

Hi BorisG2, winipcfg, Terri, hi everyone,

I don't have anything to add to both responses but just say hello to Terri whom we don't see very often any more and whom I always meet with great pleasure! ;-)

Have a good day,
Gérard from Paris, France
